THE STANDARD COLLECTIVE – MELBOURNE, FLORIDA

If you are headed beachside this spring break for a surf, but have your chick in full tow trying to get a “special” weekend away with you, in between surfs, stop by The Standard Collective and let her run crazy in this forward thinking fashion boutique, while you grab yourself some brandy new ERGO.  Trust us, your chick will thank you for not looking like every other dude on campus..  The store is loaded with a ton of style, progressive brands, and great music.

Word on the street is some parasites stole a bunch of ERGO gear off Tony’s sales floor recently…  Hope you clowns have half the sense to return that product..  Our Hoser Jacket, one of the pieces stolen, is, I MEAN,  PRETTY SICK, but hardly worth stooping to that level..  It’s a small town we live in…I will be on the lookout for that jacket…you better hope it stays warm.

For any of you Kris Markovich fans out there, Tony has 3 storm windows that were just hand painted by KM himself..Very Unique!!  Contact the shop for more info if you would like to add one of these insane pieces to your collection!  You will see the three lurking in a couple of the store photos below.

They are located at:

1700 West New Haven Avenue
Melbourne, FL 32904

And the number is:
(321) 795-8070

Enjoy! Dingus Out!

Prom. It is so very unique. It has been portrayed time, and maybe even time again, in movies in which directors force 28 year old actors to play the part of high schoolers. In compensation, the 28 year old actors are paid large sums of money so that they may purchase expensive automobiles and surround themselves with all things extravagant.

Ryan Croteau is not 28 years old. He does not drive an expensive automobile, and his life is not saturated by extravagance. But he did just go to prom.

Countless reports have been coming about Ryan’s prom. Word has it he danced with the swift feet of a Spanish bull fighter, the elegance of an Opera, and the dance moves of Lebanese stripper after consuming a four loko. The girls wooed and the boys praised, and in the awe that ensued, Ryan was briefly elected to the California senate. After a festive night of indulgence, Ryan turned down his newly elected seat, opting instead to glide on the world famous waves of lower trestles.

Humility.

Oh Im sorry… am I scracthing your hip?

Awkward grab the hip pose photo #2.  Nice job on matching the tie with her shoes!

David Loy has some clips in Atiba Jefferson and Ty Evans’s video on the Panasonic Lumix G. Pretty crazy what cameras can do now…. What’s it going to be like in 10 yrs from now??? 20 yrs??? Technology is scary… Kind of wish it went back to the days of having a pager and writing number codes and upside down messages.
