Josie Graves is the Hugh Heffner of Puerto Rico. Nightly, he smokes expensive Cuban cigars and drinks French champagnes. He puffs and sips from his lavish hill-top villa, and he recounts anecdotes from days past, laughing jovially. In the water, his laid back attitude makes you want to become his friend and his charismatic smile is enough to disarm a Middle Eastern militia. Still, never dropping this warm presence, he manages to get the wave of the day at the island's top spot on the days of the year. I would love to see Heffner even try to pull in as deep as Josie Graves... Err, umm, that didn't exactly sound right.
